La crainte que la conf\u00e9rence soit domin\u00e9e et d&rsquo;une certaine fa\u00e7on prise en otage par les commanditaires, vendeurs de solutions 2.0. D\u00e9j\u00e0 au programme, on pouvait noter leur omnipr\u00e9sence et leur nombre croissant \u00e0 l&rsquo;exposition mais aussi et surtout dans les conf\u00e9rences sp\u00e9ciales keynotes sur les panels et autres conf\u00e9rences et m\u00eame dans les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de r\u00e9seautage de fin de journ\u00e9e. Pour faire ses frais et faire un profit, une conf\u00e9rence du genre, qui accueille 1 500 participants, doit-elle \u00abvendre son \u00e2me\u00bb \u00e0 ses commanditaires et laisser ces derniers faire des \u00abpitches de vente\u00ab impun\u00e9ment?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4019\/4712115784_569053b235.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>JP Rangaswami<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette question a fait l&rsquo;objet de nombreuses conversations parmi les participants et certains conf\u00e9renciers. Ainsi, au cocktail du mardi, je me suis retrouv\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame table que le conf\u00e9rencier-vedette <a href=\"http:\/\/confusedofcalcutta.com\/\">JP Rangaswami<\/a>, que j&rsquo;avais rencontr\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/emergenceweb.com\/blog\/2007\/12\/paris-jour-4-le-web3-les-intranets-et-l%E2%80%99entreprise-2\/\">une premi\u00e8re fois lors de sa conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 LeWeb3<\/a> \u00e0 Paris en 2007. JP \u00e9tait cat\u00e9gorique dans ses propos. il n&rsquo;en revenait pas de s&rsquo;\u00eatre retrouv\u00e9 sur sc\u00e8ne avant deux \u00absponsors\u00ab venus vendre leur salade 2.0, soit Cisco et SAP. Selon lui, les commanditaires ont leur place dans une conf\u00e9rence mais dans une piste ou une salle particuli\u00e8re et identifi\u00e9e comme telle. En tout premier lieu celle de JP Rangaswami. ce dernier parle souvent des \u00ab<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Generation_Y\">millenials<\/a>\u00bb dans ses conf\u00e9rences et de leur impact sur l&rsquo;entreprise, un peu comme je le fais dans les miennes. Sans surprise mais \u00e0 mon amusement, il a remarqu\u00e9 leur absence dans l&rsquo;assistance. Il a demand\u00e9 que ceux qui \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents l\u00e8vent la main dans la grande salle, une seule main s&rsquo;est lev\u00e9e&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est \u00e0 cette occasion que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence Enterprise 2.0, les participants sont tous des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations subs\u00e9quentes, soit des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations X et Baby Boomers. De rencontre mais aussi et surtout d&rsquo;\u00e9change de bonnes pratiques et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 mes p\u00e9pites d&rsquo;or, mes belles d\u00e9couvertes et coups de coeur&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le premier a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit par R.
